Hi, :wave: I’m Shaun and I am the Accessibility and Inclusion Manager at Monzo. I’m responsible for our end-to-end customer accessibility and inclusion strategy.

My job is primarily focussed on ensuring we’re making money work for everyone, and that includes the one in five disabled people in the UK.

I work across all areas of Monzo ensuring the things we’re building work on assistive technology and ensuring we’re considering the diverse needs of our customers from the start.
