When you asked about this last year, you got the following response (emphasis mine):

I’m not sure which rules you’re referring to exactly but as a regulated bank we’ve been meeting with the FCA & PRA about Flex a couple of times a month for the last 4/ 5 months so rest assured that every little detail has been run past them

So I’m not sure why you seem to think the situation would be any different now.
