Hmmm, where did you get this “30 day rolling period” from? The screenshot and the announcement linked to above both just refer to “per month”, with the announcement also using the phrasing “per calendar month” when clarifying the prepaid card from that point.

On the current account, it’s a rolling month So that’ll kick off on 18th December. If anyone’s still on the prepaid card at that time, it’ll be a calendar month — I’ll check how that’ll work with it being mid-month. But hopefully that won’t affect many!

I think you’ve misunderstood a rolling month! It means that it’s not on set dates — so ‘straddling’ doesn’t happen. Instead, once you take out £200, it’s a month from then until you can take out another £200 for free.
