Yeah, im not fully on board either.
I dont think it being a referral offer is a bad thing (i wasnt complaining about the offer itself earloer, but rather what another user said). Companies have been doing offers like this for ages and will never be for everyone.
I do like the card colours, with my favourite being the green one.
However, it does seem a bit wasteful. It is actively encouraging people to get a new bit of plastic that they do not need. I know banks have new designs from time to time, but with a few exceptions (mostly when changing from Visa to Mastercard etc) people only get a new card when one expires, rather than just to get a new design.
I also think it is a odd way to get new customers. It doesnt really benefit the current customer (yes, you get a different coloured card but that is hardly a benefit) yet Monzo will benefit from getting more people swtiching.

For the plastic issue, it would be nice if we could defer the order until the card expires I wonder how feasable that would be to setup technically or quickly .

I’m swaying on green and yellow.
I think @Ordog might be right about marks on the card though. My Plus/Joint are both marked from my leather card holder, which sways me a little bit towards green.

I think my favourite is still yellow. That said, the green is a strong second choice (and might be first if worried about marking the card up). But I also like the contrast on the pink one.
Can’t I just have all three?

I’m thinking of going yellow! What colour is ‘monzo’ text on the yellow, I had thought red earlier, not so sure now??
