Initiative Q - Thoughts & Referrals

To my fellow cynics… I came across this on the Starling forum, and haven’t had a huge amount of time to look into it. But, I did sign up (it’s free, and I thought “What the heck, what’s the worst that can happen?”). Has anyone heard of it? Or have any thoughts at all. It seems to be invite only (shock), and resembles a good old fashioned pyramid right now! I have a referral code which has limited uses - I have no idea what I get from it, because I’m not really sure I understand what “it” is…
