Ah, that’s it. Must have missed the end date.
Just opened it with £3k, do you have to do the weekly contributions?
See above.
I can’t see where to turn them off on there, that’s why I asked
Edit: I worked it out, just change the weekly deposit to £0. It was telling me it had to be a minimum of £2 the first time I tried.
Ah sorry I missed your post! Got there first!
Just had an email that the interest will be going down to 1%
Havent receieved an email yet. So is this another drop from the 1.1% that only recently went live?
Recieved it today at just gone half 1 for the LISA from 1.25%
Oh yeah well mine already went live from 1.25 to 1.1% there last week. Was informed of that drop about a month ago.
Only had my account a week so we’re probably on slightly different cycles/rates.
Thank for this, I actually didn’t know. I originally started this towards my first house but soon realised that 450k limit will be hard to meet in London. I’m going to investigate further and probably withdraw them. ![]()
Anyone surprised by the large average
You can only put 4000 a year in but both the average before and after covid are a lot higher than average
