So the branding now is just Biscuit? So my account is a biscuit account even though it’s the colourful card zopa account? (which I’m glad I’ve got now as I don’t particularly like the biscuit card). @Carlo1460 so they’re doing a flex? Is that included in my original account too? Interesting :thinking:

No, I meant biscuit is an add on product.

Yeah, most banks go with generic sounding names that work with a bank account (Edge, Select etc) but Biscuit just sounds so unprofessional

To get on you need to do some Hobnobing.

I’ve been trying to sign up for a few days (since the launch of Biscuit) but I keep getting this on the final step.

Has anyone else seen or know how to resolve?

I’d close the card if I had one over that. The world needs more Jammy Dodgerd

Other banks I’ve been with will retry the direct debit and allow you some time on the day to get extra funds in the account. Not Zopa, you only get one chance overnight. I’ve been caught out with that, though luckily Octopus Energy automatically retry about 10 days later so not too much of an issue.
