There’s no ability to call in the android app. The phone number is put into your dialler from their website [Contact us - Zopa Bank - Zopa](https://www.zopa.com/contact) ---

I love how with the new Zopa app, when you go into your savings account and click on anything it will go back to your current account, it’s just so convenient that it doesn’t stay on the screen you want ---

Is it not just: Savings tab → three dots → statements Am I on some different version of the zopa app because I can see their telephone number, I’m not having issues with statements etc. ? ---

One annoying thing I’ve found is if you’re in a smart saver pot that there’s no withdraw button. You’ve got to go back to the save tab main page, and then tap withdraw. First world problem, but it is annoying. It’s also annoying you’ve got to set up a linked current account before you can send money to the smart saver directly. Had money returned to Ulster when I tried to send it across. So I’m just sending the money to the current account and then moving it across. ---

I agree, it’s a messy app, plus the fact that you can’t remove old linked accounts. Good products but messy implementation. ---

I’ve been trying to use them a bit as they’ve better interest than Monzo standard, but they are just not as polished as Monzo is which is a shame. I guess this is what happens when you’ve 1.5M customers vs 16M customers. ---

Zopa released an update they didn’t test properly. Most likely vibe coded reason they have not yet even fixed the issues, act surprised when you tell them about the issues. ---
