I think, because it replaced my previous definitely blue Barclaycard, in my head I always imagine it being a blue card until I actually get it out of my wallet and then I’m a little surprised its purple…

No need to pre-fund your account to pay with your Zero card (coming soon).
The coming soon bit is new.
Zero can’t seem to sort out an account closure, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone relies on them for anything at the moment. Zero stars.

Same as Zopa, I asked zopa months ago to close my current account and they finally admitted they don’t have the facilities to do so yet

Can’t you legally cancel a financial product in 14 days?
That’s no good if support don’t actually action your request.

I tested mine last week and it’s still active 
I’ll never use them again though as their customer service is shocking and incompetent in my experience.
The only connection to this thread is the number of stars I’d give Zopa…Zero

I haven’t even used the account yet. Nor deposited money. Can’t imagine I will until they support Apple Pay / google wallet.
