Yesterday's bug

Yesterday, I paid a bill online, and it’s shown as left my account. BUT the bill I paid usually takes 3-5 working days before it goes through, and I got a message from Monzo to say it might not go through! BUT find out if it’s been paid please

The best thing to do is to contact in app chat for help or email help@monzo.com

They’ll be able to take a look and see what’s going on for you :slight_smile:

That sounds like an in-app chat question to me rather than a forum ‘ask your fellow customers’ question.
