4 day work week is common in wharehouse jobs.
However 10 hour shifts but 1 less day getting up at 3AM.

5 day working week hasn’t always been a thing.

I reckon we’ve said this at every juncture:

We do 40 hours over 4 days rather than the 40 hours over 5 days office workers do.

I do 36 hours over 4 days with a rolling day off — I get an extra long weekend once a month which is really helpful.
