Went with Unifi as well, although their consumer product Amplifi HD mesh system (router and 2 mesh points)
Literally took 5mins to setup and I’ve got the strongest WiFi I’ve ever had in my pre 1900 tenement flat!
Wasn’t cheap, requires an occasional reboot, but solid performance and wife no longer complains about crap WiFi! Also if there is a problem, can login remotely via the app!
