If you freeze and then defrost your monzo card, will contactless work instantly, or do you need to use chip and pin before contactless works again? Just a thought!

It’s instant.
But bear in mind Chip & PIN needs to be used every so often, which might coincide.

Try it. Freeze your card and go to a vending machine, then watch it get declined. Then unfreeze your card, and try again.
