Why was my overdraft offer withdrawn?

Chat went:

Me: My credit file cannot be found for the overdraft. Monzo is appearing on Noddle so why is this the case?

Monzo: “In deciding who’s eligible we look at internal data as well as credit bureau. What appears to have happened is our credit bureau was unable to match your data on their system. Sorry for inconvenience”

Me: Can you tell me what information is missing? Addresses are all up to date. You are showing on my Noddle account. Concerned my bank states this

Monzo: We can’t say for certain. Please sign up for Noddle to get more information on what they hold on you.

Me: I have Noddle, everything’s up to date and Monzo is on there

Monzo: I understand. It’s difficult to give an exact reason or piece of information that didn’t match. We are working on improving the chances of information being matched in the future.

I gave up after this. This was about 2 months ago.
