Why can’t I Save Sort?

I’m sure I’m not imagining that there used to be a ‘Save Sort’ toggle when you do a salary sort with an incoming payment for the first time. I’ve just done it twice and not seen it either time. If I click on the sorted payment I see this “Find out more” button which doesn’t do anything:

It’s a toggle on the sort screen.

That definitely isn’t showing up for me at the moment (though I’m sure it has before).
