What is the one Monzo feature that you use the most or find the most valuable?
It could be Pots, virtual cards, spending insights, budgeting tools, savings features, early salary payments, bill management, or something else entirely. Monzo users often mention different features as their main reason for sticking with the bank, so I’d love to hear what stands out for you.

My favourite Monzo feature by far is the merchant data enrichment. It makes my transaction feed look fantastic, with clear and consistent branding that makes it easy to identify purchases at a glance. I’m always impressed by how quickly even brand new businesses appear with the correct details and logos. The merchant information is regularly updated, and if any changes are needed, they’re incredibly easy to make and are reflected almost instantly.
