# What does "Exclude from spending summary" do?

When I toggle this button when viewing a transaction, I can’t find a single number anywhere in the app that changes?

Can anyone explain to me what it does and where I can find the ‘summary’ that it allegedly affects?

(I assumed it would affect the spending summary/target views, which would be useful, but it doesn’t seem to…)

Summary is due to be expired therefore don’t feel this toggle is relevant any more.

You’d have to create a category (Plus/Premium) and exclude it from Trends to have this removed.
