What App besides Monzo could you not live without?

Funny this comes up, in the past hour I just tested all three of the ‘big companies’ for train apps (Trainline, GWR and National Rail). I’ve always traditionally used National Rail on PC because it’s the official source, however the app is awful. Trainline has the best app but booking fees make it a no-go. Therefore GWR has been the best option for me. Nice app and no booking fees, PLUS it’s the only app (and website) that allows you to reserve bike spaces.

Not an app that I couldn’t live without but Automate by LlamaLabs is one of my favourites.

For Android or iOS?

Never had a problem with the Android version - keep coming back to it in preference to all other forms

Day One. Helps me to empty my head, keep track of the days and to flesh out ideas.

Oh, and email, the original and best social network!

Android. It’s just the GUI I can’t get my head around. Absolute mess.

On consideration there are many I could not live without (I mean technically I could, but then technically I don’t NEED a smartphone…)

I’m a total app addict! Got hundreds on my phone. Think my faves at the moment are Podcast Addict, Microsoft Tasks, Toon Blast (for killing time!), and BBC Sounds. Nothing earth shattering but each help me with my daily grind!

Finally gave Microsoft To Do another try after dumping Wunderlist for Todoist back when it got sold.

Colour me super impressed!!! Much nicer than Todoist and with none of the features trapped behind the paywall.

Notes, attachments, sharing, assigning, sub tasks smart lists, tags… And it looks great too IMHO. The only major omission for me is sections :frowning:.

Super strong recommendation from me!
