Well it’s absolutely shocking that my account has been frozen for no reason. What if I was on holiday and this happened or if it was an emergency!!! If my account isn’t reinstated by tonight I’ll be leaving monzo. Looking online they seem to freeze a lot of people’s account without a valid reason

Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can discuss on the forum as outlined below.
