I agree. We’d love to be able to open it to everyone worldwide, but we just can’t when raising such a large amount of money through a prospectus raise from a legal point of view. So we took the difficult decision to allow lots more new people and offer a much larger amount, in the knowledge that a small number of existing investors wouldn’t be able to invest in this round. For that I’m sorry.
This isn’t a big conspiracy or a statement that it’ll always be like this. Unfortunately it’s just an unavoidable fact for this round and we hope as an investor, you can understand and support our decision for the overall health of the company long-term.
