I was meant to be paid by a Payroll company on the 14th of February, but they said that apparently Monzo flashed up with an issue at their end so my payment couldn’t go into my bank but when the lady left a voice Mail, I couldn’t understand what she said has she had a north accent, but she said something about DLI or VLI. When I spoke to Monzo, they reckon that No payment was flagged or not accepted at their end. anyone had the same issue ? Thanks in advance

When did the lady who left you a voicemail say when you phoned her back?

I’d reach out directly to your payroll company also to verify it’s a legititmate person that’s giving you the info etc too .

To me, this doesn’t seem like a legitimate payroll company. There’s absolutely no reason why they cannot BACS transfer or even FPS transfer in to a Monzo account

DLI and VLI are payroll software platforms. Probably what your payroll company uses. My guess is they don’t currently support your Monzo sort code. Do you have the newer one with 05 instead of 04?
