Virgin pay Monthly handset…are they unlocked to all network?
Pay monthly phones are unlocked, PAYGO phones are locked.

It does not say in virgin website, and Google gave me conflicting reports so thought I will ask here
If you need to be sure, buy a £1 sim from a corner shop, not EE as virgin run on them.
