During the initial account signup process, after recording my video ID (“hello, I’m blah and I want a monzo bank account”), it looks like the video should be available for playback.
The space where I expect the video to be is blank. Even after hitting “Retake” and re-recording the video, it remained blank (see screenshot attached). I submitted the video anyway and continued without issue.
Even if restarting the app would have solved my problem (I didn’t try), this issue should not exist in the first place.
