Verifying my account information

It’s been almost half a year since I started applying for my Monzo account, and it’s still stuck on the “We’re verifying your account information” page.

Spoke to Monzo numerous times. After every single call they say a “specialist” will look into my case and call me back in 72 hours. No one calls back and nothing happens.

Is there any way to withdraw my account application altogether?

You can only use the help options available to you, nobody here can do anything.



Wow. I’ve had some frustrating online experiences in my time but that’s quite something. Well done for persisting and hope that someone from Monzo picks up on this.
