Issue: incorrect instructions
Trying to activate a replacement card for a children’s account using my parent account.
The instructions say “enter old pin” but this actually should be “enter your personal pin”.
Entering the child’s old pin was incorrect and locked me out of the app.
My own pin and card have not changed, so the word “old” was misleading.
