Upgrade issues

For some reason the upgrade was not automatic and has asked me for photo ID (which I provided before for both the prepaid and the CA preview)

Will they accept expired photo ID or are they going to be anal and ask for current ID?

PS I am only interested in replies from Monzo staff…anyone else’s assumptions or guesses (however educated) will just be ignored

Best off going through COps then.

Your ID is reprocessed as part of the upgrade from either the prepaid or current account preview to the full current account.

If your ID has expired in this time, we will ask you to submit updated ID. :slightly_smiling_face:
