I’d be very surprised if existing here will be the biggest data privacy concern for people personally.

Looking forward to the future of this place, with a bit of luck it’ll pivot slightly back to Monzo focused items with allowance for other financial and banking talks of course.

I’m sticking around for now. I’m not a fan of the changes that have been made, but I can live with them.

I’m only really here for the general discussion and banking topics.
I value my time and have very little interest in working for free to provide customer support that Monzo should be providing themselves.

If the general discussion threads become a bit of a ghost town then I’m out.

Someone chucks about the term ā€˜doxxed’ because i tenuously linked two anonymous social media accounts and then contacts me privately on Reddit. That’s me told.

It’s not for me. Monzo CS and process I think is the one area that never really scaled properly. It was always, at least for me, inconsistent. Sometimes highly competent, mainly ā€œescalated to a specialistā€ or the completely wrong person.

Did you email the new separate mailbox for handling it?

Don’t be daft. They wanted to leave ages ago but ā€˜didn’t know how to’.

Now there’s a very clear EXIT door and they still can’t manage to leave. Even to stop logging in and posting would be an exit of sorts.
