Unknown transaction 196 pounds

Hi, I just got a notification saying I spent 196 pounds on BA in Spain… I am in uk and didn’t use or spend this money, can you please help what this transaction is about??
Did my account got hacked?

You should freeze your card, from the Card tab in the app & contact customer support via the in-app chat tool, by email at help@getmondo.co.uk or call 0800 8021456.

Sounds like your card details were likely stolen or cloned. :worried:

As @alexs and @HoddzDJ very quickly replied, you do need to immediately freeze your card and contact support. Though this site is frequented by the Monzo team, the community here can’t do anything to help with fraud or specific account issues.
