Unable to Sign Into Monzo - After Formatting iPhone


I formatted my iPhone about 3 weeks ago and now I can’t log in to Mondo. I get sent a magic link, which opens the app to a page which allows me to click sign in, and then all I am able to do is request another magic link. Does Mondo have any tech support to fix this recursive nonsense?

Bear in mind I can’t sign in to the app to use the usual tech support.


Since you can’t use the in-app chat, you can email help@monzo.com. Please do share what you needed to do to resolve this issue too :slight_smile:

Note - the original title of post mentioned that the user had activated their card & that the card had funds on it.

Hey @izdb - sorry about this. Can you let us know which iPhone you have and which version of iOS?

Clicking the magic link is supposed to auto sign you in.

If you could drop your email address here too, that’d be great as well.

I’ve sent an email to help as I don’t want my email on here. It’s an iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2 (14A456).
