Unable to login


I went to transfer some money and my Monzo account was logged out, however i never logged out. but i try to login and it says my phone code is invalid, although its definitely correct.

anyone else had problems? and how to resolve?

Double check you’re tapping sign in and not the set up new account option. If that doesn’t work try deleting and reinstalling the app

I’m going to go with wrong email.

Double check that you’re definitely using the correct email.

Both correct phone & email, tried reinstalling also :S

Email help@monzo.com and they’ll be able to look into it for you

Have you tried calling the number on your card?

Try logging into web.monzo.com and give customer services a call and explain what you’ve tried.
