On the target screen within trends on the app I can’t select or deselect accounts to be included.

To enable/disable the accounts being reported in Trends:
In the Trends/Target display, tap on ‘More’:
Then tap on ‘Edit target’:
In the ‘Accounts’ section, tap on ‘Edit’:
Select/deselect the accounts as required, then tap on ‘Done’:
