Issue: When adding funds to Monzo by transferring money from RBS to Monzo, the Monzo app used to open up the transfer in the RBS app for approval. Now it’s redirecting to browser and requiring logging into RBS digital banking through the website.
Details to reproduce: trying to add money to Monzo from RBS. OS: Android Device: Samsung Galaxy A56 App Version: 7.16.0
Yeah, this isn’t a Monzo app issue. Essentially, the Monzo app just provides the RBS url to your phone, and it’s your phone that decides which app to open.
On Android, check that all the urls are enabled under “Set as default” when you go into Settings > App > RBS. Otherwise, uninstall then reinstall the RBS app like Carlo says.
