Even more funny was how good she thought her acting was. Really hope she stays in longer, love how oblivious she is to her own traiter skills.
Also saw this on Reddit, re: the death match
I think it was a bit of a fudge, because actually you couldnât really have a traitor in the game because they could end up murdering themselves, which doesnât make sense. But also you have to tell the people in the game there could be a traitor, otherwise you have three confirmed faithfuls remaining which would really swing the odds against the traitors.
So they went with, donât tell the traitors they can go in, also tell the faithfuls there could have been a traitor.
It never occurred to me seek out a subreddit for this until your post!
Itâs been about a decade since I last watched a tv show alongside a subreddit. I think Person of Interest was the last time.
I quite liked this one:
The Live/Post episode threads are great! As are the theories spun by everyone between episodes!
In my mind, the traitor loses the game, they get told theyâre murdered, then everyone leaves. Next morning they turn up at breakfast again. It would have been TV gold. Iâm not sure weâve had a situation yet where the traitor has been known, but theyâve still had to play out their final day. That would have been really interesting to watch.
Even better if the challenge leading up to the death match was one where the contestants didnât have to disclose whether they have a shield, so the traitor has the opportunity the avoid banishment and appear to be a faithful.
That would have been great TV, but also of that was the game why would any traitor put themselves in it?
I guess the Traitor doesnât know what theyâre putting themself in for. They do it with the expectation that being there makes them look like a faithful. Armani 100% would have done it if given the opportunity.
Just thinking back though, I feel like this may have happened before on one of the UK editions. The traitor volunteered themself to be in a dungeon or something and everyone worked it out?
Yeah. But it wasnât 1/4 chance of being murdered. That was Paul relying on the group saving him (which they didnât).
I think if the producers werenât fully honest with the traitors about what they were putting themselves up for that would feel a bit cheap.
Iâm generally slightly worried about the traitors at this point. Thereâs a lot of big threats (Fozia, Lisa, Alexander, Anna to name a few), they are going to need to recruit again with no obvious candidates, and the failed recruitment really swung things out of their favour. One more failed recruitment or a blunder from Minah and they could be gone
In previous series/other regions, has there ever been a situation (other than the final episode) where theyâve got down to just 1 traitor in the game? At that point do the producers force a recruitment somehow? Wasnât Rossâs recruitment last year a âJoin or be Murdered?â ultimatum?
Itâs it down to just 1, and then they are banished and thereâs still 3 or 4 episodes left, what would happen? Would Claudia pick a new team?
I think at that point the person being seduced either has to join or is murdered instantly. If they decline the traitor keeps picking until someone doesâŚ
Yep. US season 2 Phaedra was the last traitor standing. The person she chose either had to join her or be murdered. I donât know why anyone would choose to be murdered in that situation, but it would be interesting what the contingency is for that eventually (perhaps murder and forced recruitment on the same night?) should the faithful choose murder.
Going back to Reddit, this is amazing:

Iâll pop my thoughts soon but I donât get why people like Fosia. Like she hadnât done anything and honestly I think she comes across as rude or mean. I wouldnât enjoy her company.
Particularly interested in @N26throwaway thinking sheâs a wonderful human being. What have we seen her do to get such an accolade?
I think sheâs just outspoken (I can be the same, been told for it many times when thereâs zero intent to be a dick).
Then again Iâd have to go back and watch to see if we are the same.
I guess it was good of her to get off the train. That or it was a very calculated risk she took (I think probably the latter tbh but some people will see it as the former).
I thought she might be good value in cutting through the clique, and might be empathetic or a decent balance to the rest of the group. But the more I see of her the more I agree with:
If starts withâŚ
Episode 1 spoilers:
The train. Some folks, like @breville_monkey believe it was a calculated risk, but those are the folks who view the game under a selfish lens and agree with the way Dan played the game. But I donât think thatâs what it was, particularly as Iâve seen more of her.
Episode 4 spoilers:
Her first round table, and the only player to call out the treatment of Kas for what it was after days of it with no hesitation. She came across as outspoken, firm, and empathetic. Also very sharp at the game but doesnât factor into this.
Episode 6 spoilers:
Her thought process in the first round of death match about why she made the decision she did (not taking the life card back off Anna, to throw the guys off so she would survive after continually being picked on by the traitors, and it worked). I thought it was a genuinely kind thing to do given what Anna has been subjected to in the game (almost banished, then attempted recruitment to throw her under the bus for a banishment, then the vulnerability from refusing it, then being picked for this game). The two guys have had it very easy in contrast.
I happen to think, with how sheâs conducted herself so far, that sheâs genuinely quite a selfless person (it was her explanation behind her choice in episode 6 that really cemented it for me). For me, thatâs come across in the scenes with her explaining her thought processes and her logic, and the moments sheâs stuck her neck out for those who are being picked on by the group.
I mean itâs fair if folk think thatâs good but I think direct can be still not rude or mean. I quite like Danâs directness for example and I think they get the same message across.
Itâs probably just a personal thing but I really donât see her as selfless. The episode one situation I donât believe any of them thought there wouldnât be a twist with it so I donât see it as particularly selfless.
But this is the beauty of the game - everyone interprets people differently.
Argh each time I get a break I donât have chance to update on thoughts
