There was a problem. App is in incorrect stage

I have got through to the use Touch ID page but whatever I press I get the above message…

Any ideas?

I would suggest the usual fix for most things, delete app , switch off phone , switch on phone reload app

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that solves it :grinning:
