Not exciting but I love this: Leather card holder - Brown - Men | H&M GB

Very sturdy recycled/offcut leather

Just got one on the recommendation of here and it’s great!

Yeah, I have the Card Sleeve & the Port Wallet from Craft & Lore, both I equally enjoy using. It was a positive reply dw.

Fjällräven Raven is my recommendation. I looked at a lot of bags but nothing has the number of pockets and organisation options that the Raven does and that’s more important for me.

Thanks i’ll have a look at those

I had a Bellroy card sleeve but I didn’t get on with it so got myself one of these:

Had it for a while now and very happy with it. Although I hardly ever take it out with me anymore tbh.

What brand is it? Kinda like the idea of a clear MagSafe wallet…

The brand is : Spigen, you can get different designs either from their online web site or Amazon. Although I just ordered another clear case as a back up from eBay which was slightly cheaper lol it’s great for showing off a nice looking card  PS they state they hold up to 3 cards but it can hold 4 just fine.

I really struggle to understand the concept of MagSafe wallets generally. I get having somewhere to store ID for example, but why would you want your debit/credit cards attached to your phone, when your phone itself, is a wallet that you can pay from without the need for physical cards? Plus, if you lose your phone you lose your cards too.

Can anyone enlighten me!?

Cash withdrawals. Contactless terminals being down. Preference. Could be a million reasons. And while yes you could argue you can lose both at the same time, I’d say I generally know where my phone is, so I therefore will always know where my wallet is, too.

Also when paying for things over £100 you need your card and also if your constantly using contactless on phone wallet, sometimes machines ask to use your card for chip and pin as a security thing for not using the card for so long. I like to know my phone and wallet are together and like stated above I always know where my phone is lol

Just use Apple pay?

Some card wallets look good and I can see the appeal but it makes the phone too bulky and falls off. The ones that don’t, like above, look awful.

None of these things happen with Apple Pay.

I don’t even take a card out with me, I got caught out once but I just used NatWest Get Cash, not the end of the world.

I’ve never been asked for my physical card when using GWallet. Anyone having their phone swiped by one of the ebike/escooter Herberts will give the thief an extra bonus. I was always told not to use those old folding phone cases with the slots for your cards.

And you won’t. Google Pay and Apple Pay are unlimited.

I think @Preston.Nicky just confused it with tapping a contactless card that will ask for chip and PIN eventually.

Had my sleeve since November 2022. Still mint condition. 9 cards carried most of the time altogether.
