Plus I’m sure if I had been demoted for pissing people off, the mod who demoted me would have told me. Assuming they can even demote peoples member level or whatever it actually is lol.

Trying not to take it back off topic but I actually think you should speak to them, just to check nothing has been done accidentally on your account. I’m sure it happens.
As for being worried about wasting their time, have you seen some of the stuff they have to deal with on here? I think that ship has well and truly sailed.
