Linking it to the side button on Apple skims time, but yeah if you then have a ton of digital cards that would add extra time scrolling through.
I believe usually for people who link cards on Lidl Plus so long as you toggle it on before scanning the in app card colour will change and it should then integrate into one after you scan (getting points, applying coupons and paying using the connected card). Why it didnt work for you who knows
That is my exact problem. I stood there wondering why. I even had to check my Lloyds app to make sure there’s no pending payment.
I doubt WhatsApp would put ads anywhere besides in-between statuses and in channels. I think they should offer some feature perks as part of the no ads and privacy price like larger file sizes or whatever to make it more appealing, like telegram does.
One of the perks is premium stickers and emoji , just like Telegram.

Why are they forcing these Visa things in everyone? This is an extra re-used password for some people.
I cannot even verify the card with Apple pay, to verify only option is to call.

You don’t need to call. Leave it a day or two and you’ll get the usual SMS option.
I thought that would be the case but it isn’t. I added the card Friday night, still stuck on phone call.

You seem to know them so well. Are you a customer? I had resisted taking CO-OP money for so long but finally gave in and there I am getting all these 1990s problems. 
I’ve had an account with them for ages but mainly using them for a nice 0% card at the moment.

Is Coventry planning to offer debit and credit cards now they own co-op?
They did debit cards up until a few years ago. Used to run the very nice Coventry First current account, but it was ran down over the years and the former Coventry First accounts just have an ATM card along with DD & SOs.
Hard to say if the final platform will be based on Coventry or CoOp systems, but I’d say the full features will be available.

Does anyone else in their office / workplace have someone who is always on holiday.
We have someone in my office who works down from me and he is always on holiday. He does work and I see him in the office but this morning I was chatting with him and he said “yeah got a holiday booked next week to Canary Islands”. Like he just came back from the last holiday, I know because his out of office kept pinging!
I don’t know how people do this! I wanna learn this skill!
