Is food and drinks provided?

There will be drinks provided - I believe there will be water throughout the day and a few other drinks towards the end.

We arenโ€™t providing food this time, but there are multiple breaks throughout the day, and lots of options nearby around Shoreditch :slight_smile:

I thought they might have showed a comparison to other banks, and perhaps give some examples, where possible, about why freezes happen. Would be interesting to know how many are false alarms, and how that compares.

Simon did mention it when he introduced the talk on the agendaโ€ฆ

In terms of Diversity and Inclusion - one area Monzo could do a lot better is in terms of attracting people from less privileged backgrounds. Monzo seems to have a very % of employees from the UK that went to public school and Oxbridge. Itโ€™d be good to see social class as something that is measure in D and I alongside gender race sexual orientation disability etc - this feels like a big blind spot for most companies, mainly I suspect because most founders and their leadership team come from public school backgrounds.

Its good to hear this is one area Sheree wants to tackle
