As of this morning, mine’s even more different (Android) - check out where Payees moved to, and I’ve got a mini summary at the top!
Same on both Personal and Joint accounts
No sharing stuff on iOS joint account. For me anyway
I think the ‘See payees’ part looks a little out of place.
Needs a nice contacts icon and a descriptor imo.
Oooh… Android just got 4.47.1 today, iOS is now ahead with versions!
(Unless iOS 4.47.x was actually behind 
and 4.48.0 aligns them - ‘aligns’ used there in the loosest of loose statements)
This is TestFlight which is ahead (preview of next week’s version). The App Store version is 4.47.0 which was released yesterday (unless you are talking about the Android TestFlight equivalent?)

First time in a long time, I was logged out and had to wait for the email to come up to get it back in.
And I can see you still got the old release notes on the screenshot.
Not sure why I’ve got this, put TestFlight said there was a new version, and it appears to be the old one.
They’ve pulled 4.49 for some reason. It was definitely there earlier today.
And now it’s back.
