TestFlight Release Discussion

No obvious changes as far as I can tell, backend bug fixes I’d imagine!

When you drag down on your card to get the list of all accounts, that seems to be quicker, anyone else think the same?

Agreed

Am I crazy or are the edges of the page/borders/something different?

Both here and on tag input the space feels a bit different somehow?

Booooooo.

Another stupid decision, up there with the unnecessary “Done” button.

I have a feeling you’ll regret this post soon

Got the train icon now

If that’s it ref to the :soon: upcoming custom categories (or possibly multiple categories in future), both don’t need the words ‘Change category’ underneath it.

If you’re having to tell people what to do in interfaces then you’ve done it wrong imo.

Are you sure tho.

I’m not following, please enlighten me on the regret. :upside_down_face:

You’re writing off features before you’ve seen them.

Sure but you could say that about anything.

I thought you had some top secret info to share. :male_detective:

I can only comment on what I see, at this point in time both the Change category and Done button are useless. They may be useful in how Monzo are planning for the future, but I stand by having to explain something in words then you’ve failed at the UI. The Done button in a multi :cat2: scenario would also be a fail.

It’ll make sense for you soon :slightly_smiling_face:

@enmasser @Jackcrwhitney @Rat_au_van anyone care to share the news?

All total speculation but custom categories may be a monzo plus feature.

Having a done button on the selector screen to me indicates you can choose more than one category for each transaction.

Can’t see why else there would be a done button

Well that isn’t new news, we’ve all known about that for a couple of weeks from teardowns.
