Probably better of having a zopa biscuit account and taking advantage of the 4℅ cashback on DD
The only issue I’m having with zopa is that Birmingham city Council isn’t accepted their sortcode, despite me typing it and copying and pasting it..
I used to have a Zopa account and closed it and they don’t accept returning customers… yet. Last time I had a Zopa it was also a fixed amount but might have changed now.
I would contact the inform Zopa of the account details and ask them to add it to their system as some systems are outdated and don’t recognise new sort codes. Might have to provide evidence of the sort code to Zopa and ask them to add it . I had a similar issue with a company but after I gave them the details etc they added the sort code to their system.
