Hi I was wondering if you can stop a payment coming from apple from Roblox please?
Hi, you would need to contact Apple first to cancel any subscriptions or dispute payments if there is an issue. Monzo wonât be able to refuse a payment authorisation from Apple. Do you have more context on what the payment is and why it needs to be stopped?

Hi yes my grandson has now got an Iphone & he has now twice used to it to buy Roblox but I cannot find any subscription or anything. The only thing is one time I tried buying him Roblox but I couldnât do it so I didnât think any more of it but last week & this week ÂŁ4.99 each time has come off & I have no idea how to stop it. Thank you.
Yeah, youâd need to contact Apple (or Roblox) to resolve this. Monzo canât and wonât be able to stop a card payment from going through.
Open the App Store. Open your profile, itâs the icon in the top right. You can see your purchase history there and also manage any subscriptions you have.
iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > subscriptions
It may be listed there.
There are 2 possabilities here. It could be a Roblox subscription, or he has bought Robux (which isnât a subscription, but an in-app purchase that converts real money into in-game money).
If you donât see a subscription using the methods already stated above, then you need to either enable parental controls to stop purchases without consent, or remove your card from his Apple account.
