Statement does not match live app records

I use the Business version of Monzo and just spotted an error that the front line Customer Services / Chat Assistants cannot answer. I am posting here to see if others hvae come across this issue.
The downloaded PDF statement for the whole of 2025 shows money going out of my account to a company. Yet when I look in the app in the live activity and scroll back to that same period, the payment is not showing.
It is worrying me how can there be two versions of history - its not valid to have one set of numbers in the statement and then other numbers in the live account feed. Further, if this is wrong, then what else is wrong? how does one know if other transactions are incorrectly being reported? Does this bring into question the competence of Monzo and whether i’ve lost confidence and need to move to another banks. I’m not saying I have lost confidence, that would depend on whether there is an explanation, and its one that I understand !
