This is brilliant - I’d also love Monzo to do something similar.

I think our platforms are now at feature parity? Willing to stand corrected on this but excluding labs (bill splitting in particular) I’m struggling to think of something that isn’t on both platforms.

Given we intend to keep it this way, how useful do you think this list might be?

They’re being accused by a casual reader it seems, or a newish user anyway, which I find interesting as it was supposed to be all the negativity putting customers off from engaging…

Edit: I’m not saying they, or that the Coral Crew, are zealots. I think in both cases the people were selected for their positions because they have an interest and care quite a lot about the product, which can sometimes come off defensive.

Yes, this community is riddled with such zellot Monzo Fans that any difference of thought or any questioning of app features or functions is heavily stamped on by a stream of people unwilling to remove their blinkers and consider any alternative path. We have seen this many times before in numerous threads and from comments on other forums it has on occassion led to the departure of previously loyal customers to competitors

Security - it doesn't 'feel' secure

no it is not uncalled for. Anyone who dares to express an opinion on securing the app with password or pin or making steps in the app have aditional security layers gets promptly attacked by a number of ardent zellots (often regulars) who active in the community. We have no objection to their views and while a solution is to have any settings optional they try and stamp on such ideas so we don’t even have that
