As a kid you wouldn’t need these, your parents are your trusted people (in most instances) and god forbid don’t have a kid while you’re a kid.

Not just trans. There was research into enabling an actual man born as a man to carry a child maybe ten or fifteen years back. I imagine that it got vetoed on ethical grounds, but just shows what medical technology could potentially do

I’ve got CHAPS, but account type not available on Easy Saver. Would that be related to the we can’t open more accounts for you at the moment? (That seems to come and go now and again)

Not really a problem as you just open another one. I used to have a whole heap of such accounts until I did a spot of tidying up and closed all but the current one.
