As per latest, Boris may change stamp duty rules if he becomes PM. Was wondering do the rules take effect from date of exchange, completion or date of filing SDLT?. Thanks

Think you’d need to wait and see what happens. He needs to be PM and then it would go in the budget with a date announced then
