Hey everyone,
I’ve created a basic spreadsheet template that will take your raw exported csv data and produce a timeline of your balances over time, and a bar graph showing category spending per month.

Let me know how you get on. Its entirely possible that it will break immediately, so let me know and I’ll try to fix it up if necessary. If there is demand for more features I can see what I can do.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Go to: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wkJT0zBl9kY3h6DNkt_kgKYe29tqNvuKqZxOaRRWzWA/edit?usp=sharing

Click File > Save a Copy (do not request editing permission).

Copy and paste your raw data on the Raw Data sheet.

The other sheets should now update automatically.

This is similar to my need but want something not online, just the following Q

Can a csv be merged in to a spreadsheet document that already contains formulas to tally some of the csv data?

Yes copy and paste works but need to automate…

Hi, to automate you would need to use IFTTT to automatically populate a spreadsheet. Then use something similar to what I have created to read from that spreadsheet to create graphs. I’ll have a look and see what I can do.

You can download the spreadsheet as an excel document by going to File > Download As
