The sort payment button returns a ‘sorry about this screen’.(i.e. sort function is not working) and the ‘sorry’ screen has a ‘try again’ button at the bottom.if the screen that conflicts with the phone navigation buttons. Can you please take a look. Id like to use the sort function.
Delete app, restart phone, reinstall app.
If iOS, head to settings > apps > Monzo > reset session will do the same job.
Same issue here, but it worked on Wednesday! Just tried to sort a payment from my old bank account (I’m transferring gradually) and that’s the message I’m getting. “Reset session” didn’t help, it logge me out but nothing else.
