When I go to the feedback page in the Monzo app and tap additional comments, the software keyboard does not appear. I am using a OnePlus 3t with a SwiftKey keyboard. 
I notice this sometimes with other apps/ forms too. I use SwiftKey on my iPhone
This also happens with Android, I have whatever the standard keyboard is for a Vivo.
