Just added my new Monzo card to Google Wallet. I note when authorising on the Monzo app it shows the last 4 figures of the phone number that is ingrained into the phone (Android) rather than my actual number ported years ago to various phones and applied to my SIM and my Monzo account. Is this correct?

Have you updated the device phone number, and the details in pay.google.com etc?

If you have left an account opening application unfinished and unsubmitted, how long does it stay as a draft? Does the application expire and let you restart at some point of time?

No you’d need monzo to remove it.

Not really as straight forward as you’re making it out to be. CIFAs markers are where you’re committing serious fraud.

In this case you’re not anywhere close based on what you’ve said about your employment status.

Just continue with the application and be done with it :see_no_evil:

I’ve frozen my cards as I have lose hope that it will be turned in to the S-bahn. I thought I would be able to create a virtual card and use this instead but the option to Add to Apple Pay is not there, is this correct?

You need to create a Pot and create a virtual card for the Pot which will allow Apple Pay.

Hi just joined the community though have had a Monzo account for a while. I want to know if it is possible to use Monzo for a club or rather a Friends Society for an arts project to receive donations and grants? Many banks have a Community/Clubs account or a Treasurer’s account where there are two signatories and you have to have a constitution. We want an account for a Friends society to support a music project and I don’t think a standard business account will do. Can you help as I am a Monzo fan

Hello,

I am new to monzo and looking for some advice. I see alot of posts on groups about people randomly having there accounts closed, is having big amounts of money paid into your account a potential reason to ever have it closed?
I have 2 disabled children and receive disablity benefits for both so i get a fair amount in uc i also am due a back payment from uc but i have this weird anxiety now that monzo wont like this lol. I am an overly anxious person and just looking for some reassurace really. Thanks.

But to answer your question, no. Those people have done something dodgy and are making things up. Don’t trade crypto, and don’t do fraud. Also don’t raise lots of chargebacks, fraud claims, etc. just use your account as normal and you’ll be fine.
